Title: Loan Servicing Asset Manager
Contract type: Permanent
Salary: £40-60K GBP

An exciting opportunity has arisen to work with a globally renowned commercial real estate services firm with revenues over 20Bn USD and more than 70,000 employees globally. Our client offers a range of services including property management, asset management, property leasing, valuations and appraisals and investment management services and is looking for asset managers that specialise in real estate loans such as loan servicing, loan administration and NPL’s.
Duties & Responsibilities
·Responsible for monitoring and servicing of the firm’s current loan portfolio
·Managing a portfolio of loans both in the UK and in Europe
·Dealing with external parties such as banks, lenders, borrowers and institutional clients
·Regular research involving loan agreements and documentations
·Monitoring loan documentation In regards to compliance and reporting any anomalies to the Head of Loan Services
·Working on various projects on behalf of clients in relation to assets within real estate
Experience
·+3 plus years’ experience in commercial real estate
·+3 years’ worth of experience in loan servicing and administration
·+3 years’ worth of experience as an asset manager
·Has previously worked for either a bank or an asset management firm
·Experience in UK & European real estate is essential for this role
·Sound knowledge of real estate legislations/ regulations within the UK
·Being able to collaborate with various teams within the firm
·Excellent attention to detail and the ability to work on various projects
