FINCO Search is working with a long-standing private bank based in Geneva that focus on wealth advisory, investments, financing and pension planning. This firm have over 5Bn CHF AUM and over 150 members of staff. We are looking for a Senior Relationship Manager/ Private Banker with a transferable book of HNW/UHNW clients based in Switzerland.

Duties & Responsibilities:

  • Working on existing relationships with your HNW/UHNW clients-based Switzerland
  • Working on ways in which you can increase your book of clients/ AUM
  • Going on networking events to socialise in meet new clients to on board
  • Promoting the firm’s wealth management services to your existing clients as well as potential clients
  • Providing financial advice to your clients such as investment advice, pension planning and wealth management advise whenever it is required
  • Working on marketing/ business development strategies with other members of the team
  • Travelling around Switzerland to meet your clients and prospective clients
  • Working with other teams within the firm such as the investment, compliance and accounts team to ensure a smooth-running process and customer due diligence
  • Working as a part of small team on ways to increase the company’s AUM
  • Upselling the company’s financial products to your existing network of HNW/ UHNW clients in Switzerland


  • 3+ years’ worth of experience as a Private Banker/ Senior Relationship Manager
  • Have previously worked for a pure private bank in Switzerland
  • To have a transferable book of HNW/UHNW clients Switzerland
  • Hunter approach to building your existing network of client, through introducers, networking events and recommendations from your existing HNW/UHNW clients
  • Being able to travel across Switzerland to meet new clients
  • To have relationships with introducers and external stakeholders is essential
  • Proven experience for strategically planning business development/ marketing plans that have been successful
  • Ability to travel to meet with existing HNW/UHNW or potential clients
  • Being able to confidently provide your clients with financial advice such as wealth management advice, pension planning and investment support
