FINCO Search is exclusively retained by a multi-asset financial institution and brokerage seeking to grow their structured products sales team in London. Our client is a small-mid sized business in the City of London with desks across commodity brokerage and investments with aggresive growth plans for the coming 2-3 years on multi-asset structured products.
Due to the nature of the business, our client is set up to act as a brokerage across a number of niche and boutique structured products.
You will be growing and managing a portfolio of institutional clients in the UK, Europe or Latin America across your specialist area within structured products and exotics, building new relationships and acting as a broker for a multitude of asset classes.
The successful candidate will have experience in a sales function at a bank, brokerage, asset manager or family office/private bank covering structured products.
This position suits a professional who has the right contacts in the space who can transition to the sell-side or move toward a brokerage position with the benefit of taking a higher split on revenues generated with excellent market access/set-up.
Whilst our client has invested heavily in the product offering and market access across structured products, they are in a position where they can offer a strong base and revenue split model which in many cases will work out higher than most payouts at banks/FI sales roles.
